Zaheer Parker is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial and civil litigation. Admitted as an attorney in 2008, Zaheer began his career at Nilands Attorneys, where he served as an article clerk and professional assistant. He holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape and recently completed a Master’s in Employment Law at the University of Cape Town.
In addition to his extensive practical legal experience, Zaheer is involved in the management, and training of graduate staff, contributing to the development of future legal professionals.
Zaheer was selected as one of South Africa’s representatives at the International Bar Association’s African Young Lawyer recipient event held in Rome in 2018. His commitment to public service includes serving as a legal consultant for the South African Human Rights Commission in 2012.

Admitted as an attorney in 2019, Regan began his career at Parker Attorneys, where he served as an article clerk under Mr. Riyaaz Parker. He later completed his articles at Mario Walters Inc. before rejoining Parker Attorneys in 2020 as an associate legal practitioner. Since 2022, Regan has headed the firm’s criminal law department.
Regan holds an LLB degree from UNISA and completed the LEAD program at UCT, equipping him with a well-rounded legal education.
